kernel-headers-2.6.0-test5.cset20030912_0513.rel0.2 - not complete ?

During building of kernel-video-nvidia I have got some errors messages
about "/lib/modules/2.6.0/build/Makefile: No such file or directory"
(see the build log)

after manually running ./nvidia-install in the
../BUILD/NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-4496-pkg2/ directory it complains
about:

ERROR: The kernel header file
        '/lib/modules/2.6.0/build/include/linux/modversions.h' does not
        exist.  The most likely reason for this is that the kernel header
        files in '/lib/modules/2.6.0/build/include' have not been
        configured.

What is wrong with the header files?

BTW. After installing kernel-sources and make menuconfig ...
there appeared modversions.h file but in
/usr/src/linux-2.6.0/include/config/modversions.h

One posibility is that kernel-headers for LINUX_2_6 is not
yet complete, the second one is that kernel-video-nvidia
is not updated for 2.6 (despite --with kernel_2_6)
