new vesafb (2.6.16-20-1)

Locks kernel hard(even sysrq doesn't work) during boot on:

01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Neomagic Corporation NM2200
[MagicGraph 256AV] (rev 12)

(IBM ThinkPag 600E laptop)

Two lines of "vesafb:..." with card being properly detected and thats it.
Boots with vesafb:off.

Again new perfeclty well tested subsytem lands in "stable" kernel...
Old vesafb was working perfectly on this machine.
