Changes between newest grsecurity 2.1.9 and 2.1.10 for linux 2.6.19.1

Hi,

There have appeared a new, unnoficial, version of grsecurity patch with
version number bumped to 2.1.10.

In the attachement you can find diff between the last 2.1.9 snapshot for
2.6.19.1 linux kernel and the current 2.1.10 snap for the same linux
release, which shows all changes.

Because a number of changes are rather small I have prepared diff
directly between patches and not between kernel trees, which should be
the right way of doing such diffs.

Both snapshots were taken from http://www.grsecurity.net/~spender/, the
2.1.9 version was replaced by 2.1.10.
