Yes, I've checked it by grepping output from rpm -qpl for those files - they 
are included - thank you for pointing that.

I don't know, but I've checked it again building kernel-vanilla.spec on 
carme-th-i686 with 
rpm-0:4.4.9-82 i686 pld-builders
rpm-build-macros-0:1.484-1 noarch th-x86-64.pld-linux.org
then got the same list of unpackaged files.
