Rectification about PLD Security Announces

Hi,

many users ask me why PLD includes into stable distribution security fixed
packages without any Security Announce.
Well, PLD Security Team is not ready now, because we need to prepere PGP keys, 
testing announcer, etc.
We'll ready to send security announces after PLD-1.0 has been released.
