odzyskiwanie partycji

stracilem partycje - chodzi o ta 500 MB na reiserfs
czy moglaby jakas zyczliwa osoba znajaca sie na tym
zapodac co mam zrobic, najlepiej poprzez fdiska
doszukalem ze odzyskiwanie przez gpart'a nie jest zalecane

od razu dodam, ze zrobienie w fdisku:
d - dodaj
l -logiczna
1788 - poczatek
+500MB - rozmiar
nie pomaga :((
nie da sie podmontowac tej partycji
