Dziwne zachownie serwera

W sumie mam serwer który udostępnia net komputerom w sieci, stoi na nim 
sendmail i apache. Cały czas mam :
CPU states:  2,2% user,  1,3% system,  0,0% nice, 96,4% idle
Mem:    61816K av,   53576K used,    8240K free,       0K shrd,    5116K 
buff
Swap:  265064K av,       0K used,  265064K free                   36328K 
cached
a podczas startu systemu mam informacje o błędach:

Wie może ktoś o co tutaj chodzi niby serwer działa dobrze ale martwi mnie 
że procesor jest zajęty na prawie 100%. Zauważyłem także iż pine na 
początku uruchamia się szybko a późnej potrzebuje np 10-15s na 
uruchomienie się.
