problem z mysql

świeżo po instalacji.

Daję:
[root w trashlandia mysql]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql init

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET A PASSWORD FOR THE MySQL USERS!
This is done with:

/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u mysql password 'password'
/usr/bin/mysqladmin -h trashlandia -u mysql password 'password'
/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u mysql_logrotate password 'password'

NOTE: mysql_logrotate password should be placed to /etc/mysqld.conf in
mysqladmin section. See the manual for more instructions.

[root w trashlandia mysql]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql start
Uruchamianie uslugi MySQL..........................................[ ZROBIONE ]

[root w trashlandia mysql]# /usr/bin/mysqladmin -u mysql password 'haselko'
[root w trashlandia mysql]# /usr/bin/mysqladmin -u mysql password 'haselko'
<usr/bin/mysqladmin -h trashlandia -u mysql password 'haselko'
/usr/bin/mysqladmin: connect to server at 'trashlandia' failed
error: 'Can't connect to MySQL server on 'trashlandia' (111)'
Check that mysqld is running on trashlandia and that the port is 3306.
You can check this by doing 'telnet trashlandia 3306'
