Problem z LILO

Witam,

Powoli brakuje mi już sił :(
Wszystko działało, potem było parę kompilacji kernela, parę upgrade'ów
lilo... i skutek jest taki że zmuszony jestem do startowania z dyskietki :(

Sytuacja taka:

/dev/hda - dysk z windowsami, 20GB
/dev/hdc - dysk z linuxem, 40GB. Partycja hdc1 - /boot (pierwszych
           16MB dysku)

Konfiguracja lilo:

Odpalam lilo... i pierwsze dziwadło:

Restartuję komputer i... Pojawia się wyłącznie "L".
