Teraz confy :

/etc/ups/upsmon.conf :
MONITOR localhost

Cała reszta nietknięta - tak jak po instalacji rpm'a.

Zaraz będę próbował innego kabelka ...... bo teraz mam zwykły jakiś jak do 
modemu - bo może w tym leży przyczyna ?
