apache + skrypty cgi

Odpalenie jakiegokolwiek skryptu CGI powoduje:

Server error!


 The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your 
request. 


Error message: 
Premature end of script headers: lstat.cgi 

W logach:

Goglowałem i trafiłem na podobny problem w archiwach grup pld, ale nie ma tam 
odpowiedz.
PS. To działało :)
