przyczyna tkwi w ustawionym kodowaniu bazy w postgresql
a mianowicie jesli baza jest w UNICODE (UTF-8) przy przenoszeniu
polskich tłumaczeń do bazy wyrzuca błedy powyzsze

trzeba by chyba
primo - wpierw dokonać konwersji na UTF-8 z ISO-8859-2 (bo chyba
tłumaczenia są w nim)
