problem z kernel 2.6.14.7-5

czysta instalacja na jedno procesorowej maszynie. Chcialem zainstalowac
VMware-server (z oficjalnych zrodel), dochodze do vmware-config.pl, a 
tutaj
takie kwiatki:
The directory of kernel headers (version 2.6.14.7-5smp) does not match 
your
running kernel (version 2.6.14.7-5).  Even if the module were to compile
successfully, it would not load into the running kernel.

Spotkal sie ktos z czyms takim?
