BGP i wymiana sieciowki na pci-e

Chyba wystarczy położyć (shutdown) wszystkie sesje BGP. Jeśli konfiguracja 
będzie zapisana, to można restartować maszynę bez obawy że będzie flapowanie. 
Bo jak się masz rozgłaszać skoro masz wyłączone sesje BGP.
Taka jest teoria... ale może jednak bezpieczniej wyciągnąć skrętkę ;)
