Th: Błąd przy restarcie apache'a

Witam,

Ostatnio bardzo często dzieje mi się coś takiego:

root w hotel ~> /etc/init.d/httpd restart
Stopping Apache 2.2 Web Server (prefork) service..................................[ DONE ]
Starting Apache 2.2 Web Server (prefork) service..................................[ FAIL ]
(98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 127.0.0.1:80
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs
root w hotel ~> killall httpd.prefork
root w hotel ~> /etc/init.d/httpd restart
Apache 2.2 Web Server (prefork) service is not running.
Starting Apache 2.2 Web Server (prefork) service..................................[ DONE ]
root w hotel ~>

W sumie to nawet nie "bardzo często" tylko zawsze :(

Jest 280 vhostów, prawie same php...

Co jest grane?
