ffmpeg - dlaczego nie uznaje "-vfilters"?

Niby libavfilter jest. Ale... Biorę pierwszy lepszy przykład z avfilters i:

Co jest grane? Czy jest jakaś możliwość by nasz ffmpeg był w pełni 
funkcjonalny?
