Smokeping problem z instalacją

Witam, probuje zainstalować smokepinga ale pojawia się bład:

Ma ktoś pomysł czego mu brakuje, przeszukałem poldka/cvs pod kątem perl
i smokepinga ale na nic nie trafiłem. Jakieś pomysły?
