Niby niczego złego nie widać. Zapuść jeszcze smartctl --test=long na tym dysku i po jakimś czasie znów sprawdź -a (chociaż pełny test zająłby kilka(naście) godzin, ale jak tak źle się zachowuje to pewnie wywróci się wcześniej). 

A tak na marginesie - jesteś pewien, że nie ma problemu z podłączeniem dysku (taśma/backend itp)?
