Converting gun-pop3d users to solidpop users, or Cracking crypt()ed passwords

Howdy,

I just realized, I'm not sure I know the pop3 passwords for all of our current pop3 users. Is there any tool to convert from gnu-pop3d format to SolidPOP's spdbm format? the gnu-pop3d fomat is the same that apache's htpassword makes:

        username:UNIX-crypt()ed-password

Does anyone have any idea how I can convert all of them, or otherwise extract the plain text password from the password files :-/ ?
