After installing proftpd-common package, following directories are created:

/home/ftp/pub
/home/ftp/pub/Incoming

Its ok, but...
All upgrades of proftpd (via apt) results in:
Changing ownership of pub directory to root.root, which in my case results in:
- hiding this dir (I'm using "HideUser root" directive in config)
- disallowing my ftp user writing in /home/ftp/pub
Creating completly unnecessary directory "Incoming" (yeah, its used in example config, but its hashed out anyway)

I know I may change few things to avoid above problems, but IMO following changes should be made in spec file for this package:

- ownership of /home/ftp/pub and any other dirs should not be changed
- Incoming should not be created durring upgrade (only on first install, or even never)
