Sometimes (esp. on www.google.com.pl) current charset turns from ISO-8859-2 into ISO-8859-5 (!sic). LANG env_var is set properly to pl_PL. Mozillas's preferences looks good as well (polish language as default, iso-8859-2 as a default charset and a as available charset in the Charset->custom.. (Charset->Dostosuuj..) menu. What is more, as an effect of these strange changes, html-forms becomes URI-encoded what becomes annoing after using web-seeks (google).
