Summary: Setting runlevel at the boot loader prompt doesn't work
           Product: PLD 3.x (Th)
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: i686
        OS/Version: PLD Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P5
         Component: Core system
        AssignedTo: bugs at pld-linux.org
        ReportedBy: saxifrage at o2.pl
                CC: shadzik at pld-linux.org
   Estimated Hours: 0.0

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/3.5; Linux) KHTML/3.5.8
(like Gecko) PLD/3.0 (Th)
Build Identifier: SysVinit-0:2.86-10.i686 geninitrd-0:8702-1.noarch
kernel-laptop-3:2.6.22.9-0.7.i686

Runlevel passed as a bootflag is ignored, id:?:initdefault: form /etc/inittab
is always used.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
example: add 3 to boot loader prompt when /etc/inittab contains
"id:5:initdefault: "
Actual Results:
INIT: Entering runlevel: 5

Expected Results:
INIT: Entering runlevel: 3

grub configuration:

title pld-laptop
kernel /boot/vmlinuz-laptop root=0302 resume=/dev/hda1
video=vesafb:ywrap,1024x768-32 at 60 quiet acpi_sleep=s3_bios,s3_mode lapic 5
initrd /boot/initrd-laptop

It worked fine a couple of weeks ago...
