Edit plugins quanta dialog has wrong default plugin file names - these names
are end with `.la' instead of `.so' - probably it is specific only to PLD due
to changes KDE extension loader.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run quanta
2. Choose menu Settings->Configure plugins...
3.
Actual Results:  
Plugins are marked as not valid.

Expected Results:  
Default value of plugin file names in `Edit Plugins - Quanta' dialog should
point to proper file names.
