audacity 100% CPU usage is caused when jack-audio-connection-kit (jackd
program) is installed.
There are two solutions:
1). not to install jack-audio-connection-kit which contains jackd binary
2). compile jack-audio-connection-kit with `--wthout cap' option - see:
