hotplug-pci and shpchp kenel module

I have problem with hotplug. It occurs only when I have hotplug-pci
installed.
Hotplug shows this error when starting:

.. can't load module shpchp
missing kernel or user mode driver shpchp

Adding this module manually also fails:

[root at nowy ~]# modprobe shpchp
FATAL: Error inserting shpchp
(/lib/modules/2.6.8-0.12/kernel/drivers/pci/hotplug/shpchp.ko.gz):
Operation not permitted

dmesg shows:

shpchp: acpi_shpchprm:\_SB_.PCI0 evaluate _BBN fail=0x5
shpchp: acpi_shpchprm:get_device PCI ROOT HID fail=0x5

Can somebody confirm this?
