apache still broken in Ac

After one successful restart:

   3:php-pcre               ########################################### [ 38%]
Stopping httpd.prefork service.....................................[ DONE ]
Starting httpd.prefork service.....................................[ FAIL ]
(48)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address [::]:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down
Unable to open logs

Then "/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start" fails in the same way.
One must do "apachectl stop" and then start.
