logrotate in p0f

 - added logrotate

This file is broken. I've been trying to investigate why p0f's running
on one of my systems despite disabling it in rc.d. Here comes
conclusion: you cannot use 'service x restart' in logrotate file.

When disabling p0f there were some logs gathered allready, so logrotate
restarted this service. There were empty logfile on other machines, so
p0f was not started there.
