The vulkan enchillada

Can someone explain which vulkan packages are correct and current?
There are (lower letter) packages like vuilkan-sdk that seem to be some
old versions and (capital letter) Vulkan-Tools seemingly built from the
same source, newerm but they don't seem to have the same functionality?

Can we have some clarity on this? Maybe, at least, capitalization
unification? Can some of the packages ve deleted?
