vtun 2.5.1-1 and PLD Linux patches

You are free to do it - all of the patches are under warns of GPL2 
license. We'll be happy to see that patches in main-stream code (less work 
for us in future :) ).

We are not working in that scheme - there is no strict packager for every 
package.
If you want something specific you may contact last few persons in 
Changelog.
