vtun 2.5.1-1 and PLD Linux patches

We don't have package maintainers because we are worging in simple flat
"hierarhy" on development level.
In spec commit info You can find information by who was developed any 
package and ythis info is very close to group range best informed people 
who can say something more on package XXX.

Also any PLD patches/resources are distributed under GPL license so if You 
want (as maintainer) include this to your dist tree be welcome :)
