Where to find your GPG public key for rpm packages?

Hi!

I'd like to install one of PLD's rpm:s, but couldn't (easily) find the
correct GPG public key for it.

"
# rpm --checksig /tmp/rpm/gtk-gnutella-0.91.1-1.i686.rpm
/tmp/rpm/gtk-gnutella-0.91.1-1.i686.rpm: md5 (GPG) NOT OK (MISSING KEYS:
GPG#f9651d5a)

# gpg --recv-key f9651d5a
gpgkeys: key F9651D5A not found on keyserver
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0

# gpg --keyserver ldap://keyserver.pgp.com --recv-key f9651d5a
gpgkeys: key F9651D5A not found on keyserver
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
gpg: Total number processed: 0
"

So it is not on the PGP-keyservers, which would be the most logical place
to find PGP/GPG keys. Where to find it?
