Where to find your GPG public key for rpm packages?

It's on x-hkp://wwwkeys.nl.pgp.net and also in the same place rpm come
from, i.e. : ftp://ftp.pld.org.pl/dists/ra/PLD/i386/PLD/PLG.gpg
