More experiments: got fresh xfig-3.2.4.code_only from author's 
homepage. The ps export is OK. (but there are some annoying bugs in window positioning).

One important difference: in xfig from PLD the magnification was always with comma: 100,0 %, whereas in the original it was 100.0 %. Maybe the bug is near there?
