Hi!

My sugestion to give user/group for rsync daemon. Since it is not
working as root it needs special user/group, other than nobody for better
control over resources' accessibility. For example: its secrets file,
other files (e.g. cvs), that we would like to be readable by rsyncd
but we don't want to be readabla by some services working as nobody..

uid / gid : 54 / 54 ?
