Prove it. Is there any documentation explaining how such thing as

If it works like libtxc_dxtn, then it's only laughable.

I don't recall ati spreading word that their drivers are superior to
nvidia's. But I remember many dumb users yelling how ati is vastly
better because they gave their cards specification.
