Setup question regarding pld-builder

Currently I'm maintaining and developing pld-builder.new (pld-builder is 
ancient history) and trying hard to force myself to write decent docs :)

But since you've mailed, I'll write something in the next couple of hours and 
mail it to you (and I'll be expecting fixes :).
