yes (the %apache_config* ones) and if you care about compatability from 
previous versions (but there is no need as the package wasn't on ftp), then 
copy also the migration triggers from template.

i said what i have understood about PLD packaging policy(?). i'm not encofcing 
you as i don't use that package myself :)
