IMO that change + related php.spec update should never hit AC-branch. It
breaks php4.spec (doesn't compile). I'm reverting this one as I need to
rebuild php4 ASAP. If someone is willing to do it other way, you are
welcome, but disabling gd_image_rotate in php4.spec is not an option.
