rpm macros problem?

I saw small problem with rpm macros (patch macro)
[...]
+ /bin/gzip -dc /home/users/blues/rpm/SOURCES/reiser4-for-2.6.17-rc4-mm1-2.patch.gz
gzip: /home/users/blues/rpm/SOURCES/reiser4-for-2.6.17-rc4-mm1-2.patch.gz: No such file or directory
+ /usr/bin/patch -s -p1
[...]

It should be fatal error and compilation shoulden't be continued. It is 
now...
