/etc/mail -> filesystem.spec?

spamassassin (perl-Mail-SpamAssassin to be precise) installs some config
files in /etc/mail/spamassassin, therefore (thanks to new RPM) requiring
this directory. It is currently provided by our MTAs, which in effect
creates an excess dependency for SA.

Any better ideas than moving it to filesystem.spec?
