So there should be packages having only libs required by vim to start
(ldd =vim, and I mean only libs with no other bloat) - just like
perl-libs, unusable other way. It's inadmissible for vim to require
dozen of MB like it was some time ago with ruby (40MB).

BTW dynamic vim-minimal should be nice too.
