If I have new machine I wont install AC. Give me one reason to do so and 
not to install Ti(or Th)
If I have old machine with AC - it is working what's the point of 
upgrading kernel?

As I said before, why not upgrading RA packages for security/features 
reason - I have 2 RA servers well working and dont want to migrate them.
