empty dirs in packages/

Or, rather, added a package with wrong name, then noticed and fixed the
mistake. Unfortunately CVS is too stupid… and keeps the wrong directory.

Two directories from your list are results of such mistakes.

And there is even no commit log for directories… Why the hell do we
still use such a broken tool?
