git.pld <> github problem encountered

When doing slug.py init:

Initialized empty Git repository in /cvs/root/gitolite/repositories/packages/telepathy-spec.git/
Cannot create repository telepathy-spec on github
Problem with creating gihub mirror for packages/telepathy-spec at /home/services/git/adc/bin/create line 27.

And when git pushing:

remote: ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
remote: fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
