RPM 5 and BDB 5.3 status update

php-fpm and php54-fpm conflict currently with log files:

/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

error: php54-fpm:1 duplicate log entry for /var/log/fpm.log


probably should have /var/log/fpm54.log as logs as well

also 5.4 todo is not completed, some sapis are disabled, those should be 
fixed first
