Due to apache API changes some of the modules that was available for
apache 2.2 will have to be removed from Th if no one steps up and adapt
them to new API.

Here is the list of packages that does not build witch apache 2.4:

apache-mod_cband.spec
apache-mod_extract_forwarded.spec
apache-mod_fastcgi.spec
scgi.spec
