Or simply comment out %systemd_post.
Or better, provide /lib/systemd/system-preset/50-libteam.preset:

disable teamd*


It's XXI century now, we don't need to use medieval packet splicing
method for that. Unless SysV-compat mode kicks in and starts via init.d.
