https fetcher by default in poldek

Did this ever work? Would like to have default working config for https in 
poldek.

fetcher.conf:
[fetcher]
proto = http,ftp,https
cmd   = wget -N --dot-style=binary -P %d %Pn


poldek.conf:
default fetcher = https:wget


$ LC_ALL=C poldek -s https://ftp.pld-linux.org/
error: vfile: wget: no such external fetcher found
Retrieving https://ftp.pld-linux.org/packages.ndir.md...
error: vfile: wget: no such external fetcher found
