Dorzucić odpowiednie <Directory> z allow dla localhost i po problemie.

to też mi się BARDZO niepodoba. Po co komu wogóle te indeksy w różnych językach?
Jeden w języku angielskim w zupełności wystarczy. Przecież po to się httpd
instaluje, żeby wrzucić tam jakąś stronę, a nie po to by oglądać sobie
index.html by apache team.
